Even though I'm the "inventor" of this blog...I have taken a back seat to the writing skills of my talented wife Brooke--yes this is her husband, not Brooke writing a blog entry about herself.
Brooke is so talented it's hard for me to list everything that she is good at, but I was looking through some of the picture she has taken recently and decided that the pic was too good not to share--and it gives me a little opportunity to "brag" a little on my wife.

Brooke was asked to go and to a photo shoot at a shoot for a local charity--this is one of the gems. Just a guy shooting you say? Look a little closer--she caught the hot gas/flames shooting from the chamber as the shell exits stage right! I'm sorry, but that is a great shot! Ok, I admit, I don't know if the shooter actually hit the clay on this shot, but the Brooke made a great shot.
So I have a wife that is a budding photographer, an excellent cook (thus my hideous weight gain, honestly, how am I supposed to diet and eat less when the food is sooooo good?), a great writer, a caring mother and a loving, supportive wife that is with me no matter what! Seriously. I know we're not supposed to brag, but I can't help it.
This is my brag. I have a great wife. I know this is a little late for mothers day, but it took me a while to hack into our blog and post an article when she wasn't looking. Happy Brooke Day!

Brooke is amazing! And let me tell you, ALL of the guys that I work for were totally excited over this picture when they saw it!! They didn't even realize that this happened each time the gun is fired! She got some fantastic shots that day and we are all grateful to her!
Shees, that is so adorable! And...I agree with you whole-heartedly, she is so stinking amazing at everything she does. I only wish I could hop on over for dinner occasionally. Don't blame you for puttin' on a few pounds. Great picture, great post, and what a great wife you have. Way to go!!
