Life as we know it
So, here we are...5 weeks into our new adventure. I'd love to say that we've got it all down and that it's running like clockwork, but I'd be lying. Frankly we're lucky to know what day it is, and I only know because I keep track of the feedings on a pad of paper! Right now life consists of every three hour feedings and diaper changings (hopefully just one diaper each...) with a little bit of Savannah and Lincoln thrown in.
Lincoln is doing great in school and I think he's actually a little excited about our pending move. Maybe it's more excitement for his upcoming birthday, baptism and entrance into Cub Scouts, I'm not sure. He's the best of helpers when it comes to Savannah and the twins, he's willing to do whatever you ask him to, except change diapers.
Savannah is doing great with her potty training, yeah!!! As long as you ask her every 15 minutes if she needs to go she'll stay dry all day long. She's waking up dry pretty much every day and must have a bladder the size of an adults because she'll go a really long time between potty breaks, but she holds it and makes it the bathroom when she needs to.
Shane is working hard on the house, getting it all ready to list on the market. He's got the house really cleaned out, we're halfway packed up already! I'm not sure I know how he's getting it all done. Luckily he's got endurance and the ability to work without much sleep!
I think Shane and I are also officially done with Winter. The kids probably would love to have snow and nasty weather for the remainder of our time here in Utah, Shane and I can't wait for the change in temperature. Someone told us to enjoy our last good Winter for awhile...I refuse. I grew up here in Utah and I've frozen every year, I never did acclimate to the cold weather. I say bring on the heat! :)

You think you're excited for the move to Texas - you've got nothin' on us! We can't wait for you to be here already.
As I was reading your post I was trying to remember what snow looks like but didn't have much luck.
Looking out my office window right now it looks like it's June outside, but weather.com says it's only 44 degrees ... still too cold for my blood. I'm sure it's warmer in Midland.
Anyway, can't wait to see you soon!
