Sorry, sooooooo sorry! I feel like it's been ages since I've put anything of substance on here. Sure, lots of pictures of lots of cute kids, Shane's political soapbox, and pictures (oh wait, did I already say that?). We've made it through soccer, Halloween, parties, family visiting...yeah, you're going to have to wait a little longer for something of substance, just more pictures coming your way.
Here are a few pictures of the pumpkins we (and Rhett and Missy) carved this October. Due to the warmer weather here in Texas pumpkins last less than a week before looking like they've imploded on the front porch. If only I could start a business selling carved pumpkins...
Here are the last pictures of the season for Lincoln's soccer. They participated in the Turkey Shootout on Saturday and after three games in one day Lincoln is not asking to play soccer every day. He had the football out yesterday. When asked though, he said he can't wait to play next year too. He's an amazing goalie, he played one whole half as goalie saving six goals!
Upcoming: Halloween costume pictures, disgust at the outcome of the UT/Tech game, likely a gripe or two on politics from Shane, pictures of my Mom's visit to Texas, and something substantial from me...I'll figure something out!

Wow! The pumpkins are amazing! How did you have time to create such masterpieces???
pumpkins! You guys are good! Way to go Lincoln! Being a good goalie is tough. Looking forward to those pictures and Shane's political gripes will probably put alot of people's feelings into words. At least Prop 8 passed in California.
Well, I liked the post AND the Tech/UT game!
Thanx for this little window into your life. We miss you guys, but it is great to pop onto your blog and keep in touch!
Those are great looking pumpkins! Don't you love how the heat helps morph the faces over time so that they look even scarier? I especially love what you did with the white one!
Holy cow. I played in the Turkey Shootout in Midland like 17 years ago! That's awesome.
