Menu Tips and Soccer School

What a day! I love Saturdays where I don't feel too obligated to get everything done. Those are usually the days I actually do accomplish something! This morning I cuddled with three kids, what's better than that? We went and saw Lincoln's indoor soccer team get schooled by a team with two girls on it...yikes! :) Went to the tile shop and got ideas for our main floor bathroom. Now I'm making bread and looking through my recipes.

That brings me to the point of this post...I NEED HELP! Many of you know I love to cook, LOVE it! However, my repertoire of recipes is getting a little old and boring. I am begging for new, tried and true, recipes that you guys like to make. We're not picky, and we don't have any dietary restrictions. My only request is that they are recipes you've actually eaten or made; it's more fun that way!

Thanks!

What a great idea and fun way to get recipes! Do you mind if I steal this idea Brooke? To pay you for the idea I have this amazing recipe for cracker pancakes. let me know if you have ever heard of it:
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 c. milk
20 saltines
3 tbsp. Margarine

Directions:
Whisk eggs and milk together. Crush crackers and mix with egg mixture. Let stand for 10 minutes. Melt butter in skillet and cook like pancakes. Serve with syrup (homemade is best!)
They taste like the middle of french toast, the best part! :)
Happy hunting!

I'm sure I have many good ones, (not my own) just stolen recipes from family members. I will pull them out and start hunting for the best ones. I LOVE your Kitchen musings though, I've used many recipes from it, thanks, thanks, thanks. I am in awe at everything you can get accomplished w/ two busy babies in toe.
