Nope, it's not a bad camera picture, nope, it's not bad photo editing, our faces really are that color. Savannah treated me to an afternoon at the beauty parlor. She did my hair, and after doing her own makeup (with a little motherly help) she proceeded to cake on (I mean, tastefully apply) some BEAUTIFUL makeup, gorgeous, I know! She uses the whole face coverage technique, so even the nose, chin and forehead didn't go without.
Sorry, these pictures are so blurry, but I wanted proof that Lincoln is indeed playing indoor soccer, thus the bad picture taking venue. Don't worry, with his upcoming schedule we'll have LOTS more opportunities to take pictures in the great outdoors...
And lastly, this is my Valentine's present from Lincoln. He's the world best, isn't he? And no, you can't have him, he's mine...all mine!
Oh, and our schedule? Just got better, almost daily practices of some sort or another, TAKS tests in a week, GEM tests coming up, Lincoln's birthday, presidency meetings....I CAN'T WAIT! (The headache is already coming on, seriously, I'm going to take a Tylenol)

As Scott was reading and laughing at the pictures I was still staring at them in horror...don't tell Savanah but it looked to me like you had both been in an accident. haha. She has potential though! Give her a few more years of practice and she will be a pro! ;)
You look fabulous! She did a wonderful job and that is something she will totally remember. Love it. And I love your Valentine's gift from Lincoln. What a sweetie.
You are very brave. I can honestly say that is something I have never done with Tara!
what a fun night that must have been!! It reminds me of letting Jeffrey do my hair at home...
It will be so nice to always have a personal stylist and makeup artist right in your own home! I love it. Your kids are so cute!
Can I just say, you are a GREAT mom! I can barely stand the kids combing my hair because I'm so tenderheaded. Sooooo maybe I should let them do my makeup. (yikes) Savannah looks so happy and proud of herself. Way to go for making a great memory. Also, Lincoln seems like such a great kid, lucky you. The V-Day gift was priceless!
