So, I follow Google Analytics with my blogs. It's kind of a fun way to see who visits where and how often on the blogs. It's kind of a good way to watch visiting trends. Right?
I've noticed something a little creepy for the last two months.
On one of the reports there is a keyword search. This documents people actually arriving on my blog after searching certain keywords on a search engine. You want to know why I feel insignificant?
Because 4 of the top 6 searched keywords are for a blog I used to read. I never mentioned the name of the blog in my postings, never mentioned the people's names anywhere other than in my blog listing section... 4 of 6... Really?!?!
I only read the other blog for morbid curiosity. I'm guessing you did too, so I'm sorry it's no longer in existence. But really, how did you find me by searching for them???
And I thought you were reading my blog because I was a great writer? Hmm, maybe because I have cute kids? Live in an obscure place? Own chickens? (blog posting to come about that...) Hate the cold? Cook a lot? Post lots of pictures?
Well, whatever it takes to get you here, we'll take it.

Just want you to know, I LOVE your blog for all the reasons you listed, you're an amazing writer, your kids are adorable, and I just find it seriously amusing!!
Well, most of that just went over my head! Just kidding...but I had no idea what google analytics was. I might have to use it...assuming I could figure out what it is?
So, what was that other blog? Message me sometime...the curiosity will get to me! :)
