Dear vacation,
What a fun day...
Left Shane in Texas at 3:45 a.m. with a Suburban packed full of not-so-sleepy kids, food stuffs to snack on, movies, luggage and some sanity. Picked up Natalie at 3:53 a.m. Shoved off at 4:04 a.m.
Yes. A.M.
At the end of the day we traveled 1,000 miles in 15.5 hours. We left Texas with one less bunny (sorry, so traumatizing...it was the first non-insect I've ever hit), left New Mexico with less than half it's insect population, and left most of my sanity somewhere in Colorado. We arrived safely in Utah at 6:30 p.m. with a Suburban packed full of somewhat-sleepy kids full of food stuffs and bored of movies, luggage and little-to-no sanity. And I'm not sure I want to do it again in three weeks, but I really, really, really miss Shane, so I guess I'll go back.
Up on the agenda tomorrow?
NOTHING!

Man, you never cease to amaze me. I can't believe your babies traveled so well! By the way, your last post was awesome! You do have such a great pantry, I sooo want to be organized like you. PLEASE, PLEASE, take a little detour to Idaho while you are vacationing in Utah! Anyway, have a great time with your fam!
