Rain, Rain...

Y'think we need some rain? We haven't had measurable moisture in basically a year. Our last reservoir is at 1%. Every church is praying and fasting for rain, not just the "Mormons", so you KNOW it's significant. We had a brief storm the other night, a teaser of a storm, that lasted (depending on the area of town you live in) about 10 minutes and yielded exactly enough water to dirty our cars.
