Summer Vacation 2011 - Episode Five

When we visited the Heber Cemetery, (a regular stomping ground for me when I was a kid), this Summer, I had no idea I was going to be back there in less than a month to bury my Grandma.  We strolled through the grass, looked at family grave markers and took flowers to honor Grandpa.  Red ones, because it was his favorite color, and wild flowers because I couldn't imagine anything else adorning his gravestone.  Next year we'll take red and pink...

I miss you Grandpa and Grandma.  You're always in our hearts and on our minds!

John and Dorothy said the funeral was beautiful. I'm so sorry for your loss but I know that your Grandma and Grandpa are so happy together right now! They were both great people!!
