The kids love animals. They love looking at them, touching them, dreaming about riding them. Cael and Landry couldn't stop talking about riding a horse. Then they got the opportunity, Lincoln loved it, Savannah loved it, Landry couldn't get enough of it...and, Cael wouldn't have anything to do with it. He was excited, right up until the horse was standing next to him, then he decided the motorized vehicle was a much better way to get around.
Jensen is always a great place to spend time relaxing with the kids. There's nothing pushing you to be in a hurry, it's timeless. Playing in dirt, riding horses, chatting with family, breathing the fresh (-ish) air, swatting the mosquitoes...
Plus, I usually get the best sleep out there, something about the peace and quiet, or the lack of city lights or the manure in the air.
