If you know me very well, you know I've always dreamed of being crafty, but I'm just not.
Don't get me wrong, I can totally knock out a great dinner, so I'm crafty with food. And I can decorate my house reasonably well, because I can purchase other people's crafty stuff. I can get a little crafty with my cricut and make cards, banners and signs.
But I stare at my sewing machine and wish I could be more crafty. I used to have more craftiness in me. Then I became a mother and all craftiness and imagination flew out the window.
Sad.
Then I met other crafty people. People who don't wonder what to do with scraps of material and a little bit of extra time.
Cassie (who just happens to be my half-sister-in-law) makes flowers. Really cool ones. Here's her site, http://www.fabflowers.bigcartel.com/. She rocks the flower making. She even explained to me how to make them. Then she gave me some flowers so I don't have to be crafty, because I really just don't have it in me.
