and probably mentioned sporadically throughout other postings since March...
The end is getting closer. Can you see the relief on my face and sense the joy from where you are? You should be able to. It's HUGE!
We haven't been lazy, though I guess I have been a little absent in the picture updates of the project. It's been a big project. No, it's been a BIG project - full of unpleasant surprises and ugliness. But it's just about done.
The walls and ceiling are painted..which means that we now have walls and ceilings. We almost have a complete floor, meaning we don't live in a dirt pit anymore. And, my food is getting anxious to move into it's new living quarters, since most of it is tired of being pulled off the shelves and dumped in it's current location...my dining room.

Wow I am so excited to see the pictures. I am such a sucker for a good remodel. If I had HGTV I would watch the remodeling shows 24/7!
